great location but busy breakfast scene

The breakfast area tended to get very busy during peak hours.

The location is really convenient, close to tube stations and shops on King Street. Just a bit cramped for two people in our room, difficult to move around. Breakfast had plenty of options, which was a nice surprise.

I had a pleasant experience during my stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and tasted fresh, including delicious bacon and eggs. Not to mention, the location is perfect for exploring the city with easy access to public transport and local shops. However, the shower temperature control could use some improvement.

I loved the hotel’s location. it's near many shops and restaurants on king's street, which made it convenient. the night shift guy at reception was incredibly kind and made our check-in smooth.

Noise from nearby trains disturbed my sleep at times!!! the parking system needs a serious overhaul. it felt disorganized and frustrating!!! Room temperature control issues made my stay uncomfortable!!!

the location is really fantastic, super close to the hammersmith tube station and plenty of shops and eateries. the staff were super friendly and let us check in early, which was a nice surprise. breakfast was good too, def a solid start to our day. the room was clean and serviced daily which i appreciated. overall, it felt like a comfy base for our family trip.

the air conditioning was kinda weak during our stay, and the shower pressure was low which was a bit annoying.
